Interesting, it renders correctly on my site. Do you have a repo I can clone to try it out and see if I can get the same issue?

Well, good news.. It seems it's something in my content that makes this happen. A blank site with a small content page doesn't have the issue. So it's my bad :-)

Ok, I have published the site on: test.harkx.com and the code is here: https://github.com/harkx/test.harkx.com (only thing changed from the github files is the config.toml baseurl and a git clone of the theme from your repo)

If I use an almost blank page (aboutblank.md with just some text) it works correctly. I can't seem to find what triggers the changes.

Examples are on the test.harkx.com site.
Not good: #links and #whoami.
Good: #whoamiblank

I've had a look at your test site, and it renders fine for me in both Firefox and Chrome. The only difference I can imagine is that #whoamiblank doesn't scroll, so can it be the scrollbar appearing on the right that pushes the sidebar?

Also, what browser/version are you using?

Oh.. Bad me! You're totally right, that's the difference, I didn't catch the sidebar. (browser is chrome/firefox also in win+linux)

Sorry, my bad. Lesson learned and note to self: rethink using sidebar on the right.

Thanks for the great theme!

No worries, I'm glad we got to the bottom of it! I'm on OS X, which uses scroll bars floating over the window, so they don't count towards viewport size - I have to keep in mind that's not the case on every platform!
