目前没有，这个实现起来挺简单，只要改一下 https://github.com/0-u-0/dugon-signal-server/blob/master/libs/client.go#L87 ，selectMediaServer 中的策略， 判断一下 cpu就行了

额，并没那么简单，这是个动态的问题。每个peer，send，recv 两个transport，连接到一个router上，其中recv tansport中consumer数量，会随着其他peer的参与增长，会议规模不确定的情况下，无法预测是否会撑爆单核。
