If I am understanding you correctly. You are writing an instance of FlightPlanModel to Realm. Then you are querying for instances of FlightPlanModel like so:

let flightPlans = realm.objects(FlightPlanModel.self)

Except now flightPlans.h003 == nil.

ObjectMapper+Realm is only for the serialization of relational objects on a given model, so this would be intended behavior due to the nature of Realm.

You need to make a query for each model you want from the Realm database and then maybe combine them:

let h003s = realm.objects(h003Model.self)
var flightPlanModels = realm.objects(FlightPlanModel.self)
flightPlanModels.h003 = h003s

This library merely assists in handling JSON -> SwiftObject & SwiftObject -> Realm serialization.
