To expand on further, I think we can come up with a simple formula like:

• Name of Service
  *One to two sentences of description

Joe, I, and anyone else seeing this can throw in ours and then we circulate to the team to tell everyone else to fess up theirs.

With the project descriptions that each team put together for last week's offsite, I think this may have reached its time. I think there's two layers to this - the suite of services we want agencies to avail themselves of and the gallery of projects shipped.

What I'm shooting for with this PR is along the lines of a /services page so that anyone can be directed there if they are wondering what 18F can offer their agency. With this in mind, Web Maker would be an entry. On the other hand, specific products we've shipped - like NotAlone.gov, we could then highlight more on the blog (and also possibly a /gallery section or the like?). '

Barring any concerns, I'm game to do a first pass at this later this week.

It's possible that https://github.com/18F/Dashboard would address some of what this page seeks, but not necc. all. I still think there's a place for us having a 'brochure' of sorts that lays out what services we offer agencies. My gut would be to still try to do a first pass at this along those lines, but I'm open to the idea this may be overkill.

@gbinal I think you should go for it, inside the new Jekyll framework. Though, I think we can make our "bare" template (which we use for our linking policy, thank-you page, and /developer/ page) a lot nicer than it is.
