Hi, @Alex-Sh
I've made a small template for a similar case. You can check it here https://github.com/Borales/yiinitializr-simple
But it creates only one "entry point" (just front-end). Other entry points you can make through sub-modules (in /www/app/modules)
from yiinitializr.
