You don't have to worry about them; just proceed to Class2D. If the barcode is narrow, such particles can be used. If it is too wide, they will go to bad classes. Same for fringes.

If you really care about barcodes, remove particles too close to the micrograph edges by filtering by rlnCoordinateX and Y. This can be done with awk, or Subset selection jobs. Also note that the AutoPick job has an option:

--skip_side (0) : Keep this many extra pixels (apart from particle_size/2) away from the edge of the micrograph 

from relion.
