Hello Baloo, by HTTPs Support I refer to HTTPs support in Cloudflare mode- yes.

Smart Ratelimit basically means the rate-limit adjusts according to the amount of traffic there is. You could rig a simpler version possibly with the use of firewall rules, like if your CPU usage gets too high, you could have it set a different rate-limit. But that wouldn't really be smart rate-limiting. The whole idea of smart rate-limiting is that it automatically changes based on the amount of incoming traffic. Personally do not expect you to do this idea, it was me just trying to mess aroun and see if you actually would lmao. Not really has been done outside Cloudflare Enterprise and https://botshield.io/ (no longer active)
