Flickr pages with numbers like 8189261@N05 instead of usernames don't work at all

The main issue is you're viewing content that can only be viewed while signed in. Signing in to flickr programmatically is difficult and is not planned to be supported any time soon. Mentioned in #8 (comment)

I agree that tags aren't supported. Provide the URL to a flickr tag that is publicly visible and I'll look into supporting that.
