Make the Travis build work. about fizzbuzzml HOT 3 CLOSED

This wil include learning about and implementing make files to build the software.

Yesterday I learnt about make files and produced and tested one locally.
Just need to set up the environment now, my current thinking is not to copy paste from someone else's off the internet which didn't work last time but to build it up myself with trial and error.

After some experimentation it turned out that the older version of ocaml/opam repositories are not supported, added the latest one by following the URL style from the travis build log "https://launchpad.net/~avsm and included a stable build to follow later versions.
