On my end, using the "json" event was what caused the lack of data. I solved the issue by using the "data" event and manually converting to JSON instead:
csv().fromFile( csvFilePath ).on( "data", ( data ) => {
var jsonObj = JSON.parse( data.toString() );
csvData.push( jsonObj );
console.log( "Data", jsonObj );
} ).on( "done", () => {
dressData(); // Acquires data points
performRegression();
} );
