can you try to upgrade pandas to 0.24.1? with

pip install 'pandas==0.24.1' --force-reinstall

or

conda install pandas=0.24.0

depending on what package management tool you use?

Hi,

I can confirm that updating pandas solved the issue. However, now each plot is plotted twice (e.g. shared_control.mean_diff.plot() generated two identical plots).

Good to hear! To prevent double plotting, simply add a semicolon at the end:

multi_2group.mean_diff.plot();
shared_control.mean_diff.plot();

I think we can close this now!
