Hi @bpmct, Thank you for your interest. Currently it is not supported though. I will appreciate If you create a PR for the feature.

I think using onPress and panResponder is the straightforward way. Or using react-native-reanimated would be help.

I have been developing with react native for a few months. How difficult is it to implement dragging to create/move events in this library? Any pointers?

I implemented the drag and drop feature here, maybe it need some adjustments but overall it's fine.
