测试了1.7.2版本，导航栏上的按钮依然能点击，不是禁止状态。

就在你的demo上，在storyboard里面，将ViewController embed in一个导航栏，然后放个item到导航上去，run一下，就能发现那个item是可以点击的。

这个问题确实还是存在的，将弹出对话框激活摁键放置在导航栏上，能够重复激活并叠加。
