Request: hide a parameter from the usage screen about powerargs HOT 3 CLOSED

You can do this today, but you need to write a class with 1 line of code. I should probably add this convenience attribute class to the library at some time. So I'll leave the issue open until then, but hopefully this workaround helps you.

// UsageHook is an attribute that you can derive from and put on any property.
public class ArgHidden : UsageHook
{
    public override void BeforeGenerateUsage(ArgumentUsageInfo info)
    {
        info.Ignore = true;
    }
}

This is in the latest release. The attribute is [ArgHiddenFromUsage].

It seems to have been renamed. I landed here thrice while searching for this. I use those attributes:
OmitFromUsageDocs, ArgShortcut(ArgShortcutPolicy.NoShortcut)
The first arg prevents printing it, the second prevents it to collide with automatic shortcut letters.
