Also BIGINT and BIGINT unsigned and BIGINT auto-incrementing columns don't seem to exist... I wrote a test to stress-test the BIT_AND aggregate for #93, but couldn't actually use the full range, thus the test didn't work:

I think for nearly every application in the world it's okay not to use bigint auto-incrementing columns... closing..
