I like the ToC feature alot, but I am seeing some bugginess when I render the README.md as a presentation and click on the last slide link in the ToC. Theres some weird rendering on the right of the AUTHORS slide.

some javascript/css weirdness seems to happen there, I'll investigate but I won't have much time these days so feel free to give it a look if you get a chance
