the blotter tearoff space usage is actually going to be pretty hard to do as it's CSS-based - can solve by adding / removing a class to body and cascading. the problem is that the tile container needs to be given a different height when blotter is gone. we don't have the concept of a desktop component manageable workspace, most stuff is layout based.
trader not populated: this is an issue with the new execution service which previously decorated the message and sent a trader id down the wire. should be an easy fix.
