I think what is important is that the text is centralized.

you can change that with a css rule like below:

body .button.ui-button-text-icon-left .ui-button-text {
    padding-right: 0.8em;
}

To find the css rule just right-click on the element and inspect it, then find the rule of interest (e.g filter by css property in inspector window) and then make it more specific (on the example above I've put a 'body' selector) in order to override it:
