There is nothing wrong with it. I guess you ran php artisan db:seed . That seed command generates i guess around 100 post and each of the folder you seen is featured image or image of each post. If you don't want folder either you should not seed or remove post seed command from Database seeder class.

db:seed generate 200 posts with 1 feature image + 1 body image for each 3 supported languages so 800 (200 * 4) folders.

Feel free to reduce posts amount in PostsTableSeeder class.
