May be irrelevant as an issue, but I'd appreciate it immensely if anyone else has overcome this issue on their end

Hey @ashrafnazar ,
Sorry, but we can't really support you with that, as it is not an issue with the library but it is mainly with your code and how you implement your own test cases using your specific tech stack.
Regardless of that, I am not sure if this can shed some light, but we have E2E tests in place that interact with secured fields, although they are written using Playwright. You can check them here if you are interested. Good luck with that!

Hey @ribeiroguilherme - no worries.
FYI, I was able to still carry out E2E tests using Cypress, but only on Electron. Had issues with Chrome - may be helpful to other users out there
