Unable to open content URL about cordova-plugin-xapkreader HOT 5 OPEN

I have installed as this link http://www.clearlyinnovative.com/my-apk-is-too-big.
But I couldn't play a video from obb file.

This is really strange so I didn't comment on it before, but here is a thought (I don't know the solution): maybe the video header did not get entirely loaded before you tried playing it?
