Already implemented this feature. Update to the latest version and check. Look at the documentation how to use it.

Hi!
is it the min and max with moment or string?
at 1st it doesnt look like what im looking for.
i need all the hour available...but for minutes...only 00, 15, 30, 45

yeah in the browser from a computer..but responsive mode in chrome...might be just that...seems to work from a mobile...so I think its all good
i'll push it in dev server and check.
but if you open your example in chrome...do F12...and toggle device tool bar ctrl+shift+M..choose any device or responsive...and test the time picker ;)
I just tried your example from my phone...and I have the same behavior: when I choose the hour..it doesn't go to minutes...I have to manually click on the minutes on top to go there
