I'm just going to replace .NET Standard 1.5 with 2.0. We don't exactly need it, but it opens the door for future improvements that are easier in 2.0 than the fairly limited 1.* versions. For backwards compatibility, the .NET 4.5 target will be retained for now. So, on NETFX the support goes all the way back to 2012. That should be enough.
