gulp serve no error but the page is abnormal about blur-admin HOT 14 OPEN

we updated the gulp version and fixed our problem:
"gulp-inject": "5.0.3"

changed the gulp-inject version on package.json to 5.0.3 and then ran npm install again and it's working fine.

I am facing the same problem. I've tried it on multiple node versions from 6.x to 10.x on both platforms(Windows and Ubuntu) but the issue still persists.
