Having same problem. Seems to be only the cells which are redrawn after being dragged off the screen.

Same issue. Seems that if you drag fast enough the collection doesn't always register where the dragged cell is.

I have the same problem. It even ran into an infinite loop once. (Stuff like Moving 6531 to 6530 was in my Console log.)

Another observation: It appears that if you drag to a position and stop before the animation completes, the button's location isn't registered until it is moved again. I can drag an icon directly over another one in the simulator and stop - the two will overlap. If I move a little bit, the location gets updated and the cell that needs moving is pushed over.
