Add some way to donate about hex HOT 3 OPEN

The first thing I may need is a server to run AI workers so that I don't need to constantly keep my laptop on (or only when suddenly there is more traffic), but for now that would be overkill.

So I thought about doing this as soon as I need new servers. Ideally it should be a "donate what you want", and with maximum transparency, so I think to use opencollective or something like that.

Thanks, now I'm going through many "pro vs cons" articles!

I also thought about "storing" extra money, then we ask to the community what we want to do with, sponsor/donate to other open source projects used by PlayHex, organize Hex tournament...

So for now it seems open collective is more structured for that. As I understand I can use my own banking account and there is no commission.

I'll check all of that later, I may ask you guys if you have some experience in those solutions
