Howdy I'm Alex. I'm a self-taught programmer hailing from Kentucky who's been programming since freshman year of highschool. Unfortunately, I didn't make a github until a little while ago. I really like functional programming and low-level languages and have a particular affinity for making compilers, whether they are serious or not. I program a lot, but some days I enjoy taking long walks on the beach and pretending I have a lover, only to slowly realize that I have condemed myself to a life of software engineering and thus solitude.
