Shutil error while installing about nifti-image-converter HOT 5 OPEN

Just recently i used this library. I also got the same issue. Thanks @alexlaurence for sharing this library.
'shutil' is now included in default packages.So @Usama323 Fixed it by following:

1. Skip the step of installing shutil.
   if it does not works still after removing , add following import in nii2png.py file:
   import scipy.misc

It worked for me after adding above changes.

Hi, my current OS is Windows 10. I have skipped the step of installing shutil, and I have got other package installed. However, when I enter pip install nii2png on Powershell. It says:

Collecting nii2png
Using cached https://files.pythonhosted.org/packages/a4/76/e1142e1e3a40a52479c387f663505b7a758559df3d84c09ea4ec5002c5db/nii2png-0.3.0-py3-none-any.whl
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement shutil (from nii2png) (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for shutil (from nii2png)

Do you know how to 'tell' nii2png I have already got shutil? (Also, I can't find nii2png.py in my python/Lib folder)

I've managed to find a workaround (not a bug-fix) to this problem.
It seems like this is a problem specific to Windows 10 (I've downloaded then installed all prerequisites + nii2png and ran it from cmd).
Afterwards, I did the same thing in the WSL terminal and ran it from there and it worked.

So a workaround to this bug would be running it from the WSL terminal.

Hi,
I was trying to install nii2png and still getting the following error. I have imported scipy.misc as mentioned in one comment.
Just FYI my os is windows 10 and I am using the Jupyter Notebook interface as well.
