I'm still able to run the project after freshly cloning the repository.
Chances are your bundled headers/shared-libraries aren't updated for some reason.

I ran these commands in the following order:

flutter channel master
flutter upgrade
flutter clean
flutter pub get

and when looking at the texture_registrar.h file it only contains the two classes PixelBufferTexture and TextureRegistrar

I did this on my main PC and my Laptop with a fresh install of the Flutter SDK with the same results.
