ODataConstants::JSON_LIGHT_NEXT_STRING about podata HOT 1 OPEN

I finally found the time to look into it and think this is a discrepancy between V4 (our goal) and V3 (What we currently support)

I have included the relevant extracts

The __next name/value pair MAY be included. If provided, its value MUST be a string containing a URL. If provided, then the response MUST be interpreted as a partial result. The client MAY request this URL if it wishes to receive the next part of the collection or entity set.

V3 6.3 Representing Multiple Entities in a Response

The nextLink control information indicates that a response is only a subset of the requested collection. It contains a URL that allows retrieving the next subset of the requested collection.

V4 4.5.5 Control Information: nextLink (odata.nextLink)

With that in mind I'm not sure if the nextlink field is in any part of V3 I can do a V4 writter soonish but there is no clear development pathway to V4
