Could you please try creating a script file containing the text below, say, 'LIII.cmd', next to LIII.exe and using it for the LIII startup?

Just in case - let me mention that LIII continues running when the window is closed. So the prevoiusly run app instance would be invoked by the script. It is closed by either invoking Menu > File > Exit or Exit from the systray LIII icon menu.
