查看原因是有的地方嵌入原生视图需要打开io.flutter.embedded_views_preview=YES,在1.2.x的版本会花屏

sdk版本降到1.x.x，不会出现花屏，但是嵌入的原生视图不响应点击事件😢

@nightwolf-chen 我们打算先绕过这个问题，sdk降到1.x.x，原生视频播放用texture去实现。
