I just found it, I can use it under discovery part, I gusee I should complete them.

Ralph is all about devices. Once it pings something, it will attempt to use a variety of methods to detect what device it actually is -- and will only add it to the list if that succeeds, at least partially. At the minimum, Ralph needs to know the device's MAC address or serial number to add it to the database.
To detect the kind of device, it will run a series of plugins that try to log into the device and retrieve information from it. However, most of those plugins require some configuration, such as user and password to use to log in into the management console, SNMP community string, ssh key, etc. -- the generated settings file has placeholders for these.
By the way, you can also see the IP addresses that were pinged in the "admin" tab, under "discovery" and "ip addresses".

It is working greate, I had an issue today, I added a device named kasper by IP address 10.0.2.18, after a while ralph changed the device name to 10.0.2.18, and changed the parrent to data center I have defined. everything else was untouched it just changed the name and parent device, is it normal?
from ralph.
Yes, Ralph tries to do as much as possible automatically. If you have a data center defined in your network definition, then Ralph will automatically put all devices it finds in that network in that data center.
As for the name, if you change it again to what you want, a hand icon will appear next to the field, indicating that Ralph will never touch that field, and the value you have provided will stay there. Click on the hand to remove it if you decide that you want Ralph to fill the field automatically after all.

I'm closing this issue since there was no activity here for long enough.
