Drag tag cant reach top tag tree about allusion HOT 3 CLOSED

Highlighting a Tag collection and adding a new tag or collection does work. The collection needs to be selected to do so.

The scrolling is broken due to some css, the outliner has overflow: -webkit-paged-y;. It works again if you replace that with overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: auto;. It would be nice to only have a scrollbar on the tree when it gets too long, and the header and footer stay stuck to the top and bottom

I can add a new tag/collection whether I have selected a collection or not, not sure what's the problem there

I already adjusted the scrolling behavior. PS that auto is better indeed, i had set it to scroll. Than it shows always.

The add does working indeed properly when a Tag Collection is highlighted. I was just hovering over a Tag Collection. So its not really an issue i guess.
