Hi,
See this message from the IntuneCD Front end release notes:
"Regarding the documentation section, a new page has been added that allows users to configure an Azure Storage account Container and Blob to pull documentation from in HTML format and display it in IntuneCD Monitor. To enable this feature, users must set the DOCUMENTATION_ACTIVE environment variable to true and provide the AZURE_CONNECTION_STRING, AZURE_CONTAINER_NAME, and DOCUMENTATION_FILE_NAME variables."
You have to house the documentation as an HTML file on a blob storage for it to be visible in the front end.
