Dockerize Zest_Framework about framework HOT 2 CLOSED

@lablnet, I've two approaches about completing this issue.

• Adding the Dockerfile or docker-compose.yml file in this Zest_Framework repository.
• Create the new repository named Docker_Zest_Framework (or other names) and it only has the Dockerfile and docker-compose.yml inside this new repository,

What's different thing from these two approaches?

• The first approach is to integrate the Zest_Framework directly, but some developers should not use Docker and build their framework environment by themselves. And these files are additional files for them.
• The second approach is to create another repository and it only focuses on the Docker containerize work. It doesn't include any Zest_Framework classes and components.

@lablnet, what do you think about this?

I prefer second approach because the developers can only focus on the Docker container build and this repository can also publish on Docker hub.

I just transfer this issue to be the standalone repository called zest-docker.

Other enhancement works and features will be updated in this zest-docker repository.
