amazon-connect-chat-interface has amazon-connect-chatjs as a dependency.
The AWS-SDK is, by default, included in amazon-connect-chatjs as a "baked-in" dependency.
Please check amazon-connect-chatjs README:

There is a section that describes the correct import order.
