Hi there,

We currently don't have a way to customize this through configuration, but you can set it programmatically:

fire-app-builder/TVUIComponent/lib/src/main/java/com/amazon/android/uamp/ui/PlaybackActivity.java

Line 1286 in 0d940f1

mPlayer.setUserAgent(System.getProperty("http.agent"));

i've changed the line to:

mPlayer.setUserAgent(System.getProperty("Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 8_0_2 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/600.1.4 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/8.0 Mobile/12A366 Safari/600.1.4"));

it doesn't work... maybe i've done something wrong ?

I haven't tried it, but check if this would work:

mPlayer.setUserAgent("Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 8_0_2 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/600.1.4 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/8.0 Mobile/12A366 Safari/600.1.4");

Have you tried the code in my original / first response, without any changes? It's supposed to work correctly.

When you say "not working", are you seeing any errors in logcat? Is that user agent string you pasted correct? Thanks.
