Use callable objects for filters about sqlparse HOT 4 CLOSED

Fixed on commit 736eceb. Please add two new branches ('milestone_0.1.5' and 'milestone_0.2.0') and add this another commit (1badc3a) to have both the same code release structure :-)

Updated: now it has removed all the legacy code and converted stateless and non-parametrized classes to standard functions at commit 30b7b80. Please add it to a milestone_0.2.0 branch and close the issue :-)

hm, I'm a but confused. The linked changesets point to actual commits in sqlparse made by you, but I'm not able to find those commits in history... :) Do you have an idea where I'm going wrong?

I was not be able to find them, lol. The fact is that with the updates on master branch i have been merging them to milestone_0.1.5 branch and later to milestone_0.2.0 to have this branches updated with the latest modifications on current master branch so them don't get outdated and integration is easy (if you modify something on an old branch, it obvious you want this modification on the new ones :-D ). Current branch heads are at 9f717a9 (milestone_0.1.5) and 4a9800a (milestone_0.2.0) :-)
