iBeacon: unescaped JSON in manufacturer information about monitor HOT 4 CLOSED

I manually overrode the manufacturer variable around line 1055 and home assistant was able to parse the resulting json.

Had the same problem. I think something like this might do the trick echo "$manufacturer"|tr -d '\n'
I also saw that my samsung sends duplicate information like
Samsung some text ltd. , Samsung some text ltd.
Maybe try to take the first word of the info until first space. Should cover the manufacturer.

Definitely some sort of json sanitizer should be run if we're making a lookup for this data.

There is sanitation, but I found an unrelated error that should dramatically improve the manufacurer issues. Update beta and let me know if you’re still seeing malformed JSON.
