See #1, weird to see issue keep popping up. Requires you to install the dependency: npm i -D ethereum-abi-types-generator.

It works, now the script can run but looks only logged 1 info after running for mins:

npm run-script dev

Yep, it just means there are no pools created during that period. Pool creations are fairly infrequent—if you want to try, you can create your own pool to see it pop up.
