change org id from `com.typesafe.akka` to `org.apache.pekko` about pekko HOT 5 CLOSED

How is the backwards compatibility going to be? Is this issue about fixing the whole codebase to the new org id?

@joesan We do not own the 'com.typesafe.akka' org id. We will provide docs and probably migration scripts to try to help users to switch to Pekko.

Users can always stick with https://github.com/akka/akka if that suits them better. Such users will need to look at the new Lightbend licensing terms and work out how that affects them.

@pjfanning I understand the licensing part and I guess providing a migration script is a good idea to seamlessly switch the users to use Pekko without breaking backwards compatibility. So this task is about moving all the packages, build files, pipelines etc., to Pekko. Correct?
