Remove references to Akka or Lightbend in the doc about pekko HOT 8 CLOSED

Nothing from me specifically, I just believe most of it is common sense.

In some contexts it would be fine to leave in links to blogs if they are helpful and apply to the OS software and don't overly promote Lightbend/Akka.

Another point, there are lots of direct inline links with urls starting with https://doc.akka.io/, what should we do for those? do we already have a prospective base URL for the Pekko doc? otherwise we can update them in a second step

Cool, are we planning to somehow provide an adapted platform guide? the doc has links in various places to https://developer.lightbend.com/docs/akka-platform-guide/. Should I remove those references?
