I'd be happy to help out with this task! 🙂 I have the repo built locally and have been getting started writing some basic tests.

Would you be okay with using locust for running the tests? It provides a pretty nice UI and is quite easy to work with.

Also, in terms of deliverables, are there any specific tests or volumes of traffic you had in mind? I'd be happy to just figure this one out as I go, but asking in case you have some specific requirements.

I don't know how traffic will be, so anything you can come up with would be great. I plan to get some actual researchers to test the site out soon, so we might get a better idea from that.

I've never done this before, so I don't have any preference for which tools to use.

Any chance you could either share the repo or do it in a fork of this one? I'd love to see it as it develops.
