If I can remember well then the solution is not to wrap the withFilter with an another function,
so like this:

Subscription: {
    errorChanged: {
        subscribe: withFilter(
            () => pubsub.asyncIterator("errorChanged"),
            (payload, variables) => {
                return true;
            },
        ),
    },
}
