It seems ok. Some configuration was needed for tailing to work from postgres. Everything has been documented in Wiki
Right now, API requests are being sent when source is updated after a stalled period but data on appbase is not being written. Printing the body makes sure that body being sent is correct. Maybe it has to do with ID of data or the url.

Opened issue compose/transporter#380 regarding the issue I am facing here.

Fixed the above mentioned issue. I believe tailing now works pretty good. There can be some bugs in the postgres core (like a139e9d) but we will only be able to find them through rigorous testing.
