Could it be that the version number is appended to the existing (already integrated) desktop file at each run? (I think it should never modify the already-integrated desktop file but rather always extract a new one from the AppImage...)

@probonopd doesn't check whether the suffix is in place already when appending that suffix, as this case should be covered by the check whether an AppImage is integrated. appimaged falsely calls the integration code more than once here.

Updating libappimage in appimaged should fix the issue, as the integration check was fixed in the latest verison. I will also implement a suffix check to prevent this from happening in the future.
