add sass-cache: false argument about gulp-compass HOT 4 OPEN

After checking the source code I've realized the arguments are based on compass command line global options. I still suggest implementing a cache: argument to change the .sass-cache directory or to disable it entirely via cache: false. I know it's hard to implement but I think it is necessary.

I was getting to open the same issue. I don't want to use config.rb and at the same time I want to be able to pass configuration to SASS directly. Specifically, I was looking for a way to change SASS cache directory. Naively, I've tried to add the following to the Compass config:

    sass_options: {
      cache_location: '.the-sass-cache'
    }

Of course with no luck = )

Could you please implement this? Thank you!
