The same result for me, also the model rotation with the camera is wrong, it rotates around its axis, not with the marker axis.

@nicolocarpignoli it works for me but the model is showed at the corner of the pinball.jpg image (see the screenshot above). It seems like the setting for the repositioning of the model has little or no effect.

I have the same problem and I partially solved it by adjusting the position and rotation of the video, but I have a bigger problem, the NFT image recognition system works with the trex image in the example, but when I change this image to a custom one it does not work and the app gets stuck on the "loading, please wait" message and never moves from here. Any ideas how to fix it?
