Unknown host when requesting https://tutorials.arangodb.cloud:8529/ about interactive_tutorials HOT 5 CLOSED

@cw00dw0rd thank you for the quick fix. Probably not the right place because it's related to the university, but I ask you anyway: when I got stuck because of the issue above, I setup the db for two lessons of the database, it failed and returned empty credentials:

It's like this since 24 hours, can I do something or I should give up? I think it's a bug that a user can receive that state and cannot do anything about it 🤔

Update: I setup the dataset from another course, got the credentials from there and then used to import data manually from the courses where I was having problem. So if you have at least a course non started it's not a blocking problem. But still, it's a bug.

Issue is there again.
Link to https://tutorials.arangodb.cloud:8529/ is not working (DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN) and generated credentials are empty.

Thank you for pointing this out. This was actually the original problem returned 😅 We have now identified the issue with our university services and have (hopefully) implemented a permanent fix. Sorry for the issues and thank you again for letting us know!
